The accelerator Impact launches three new programs with 12 million euros of investment

  Accelerator Impact, led by the Spanish business school ISDI, launches three new programs totaling 12 million euros to finance and help grow Startups focused on Smart Cities & Industries, Connected Car and Robotics, respectively: The first call is addressed to those interested in the second phase of the IMPACT Growth program. The call will be open until December 12 and focuses on growing projects in different vectors of the environment of cities and smart industries. The accelerator plans to select and finance 28 international startups based in any country in Europe with a global budget of 3.6 million euros. In its first phase of selection, IMPACT Growth has received and evaluated nearly 2,000 projects from 68 countries and selected 14 startups focused on Smart Cities, Smart Content, Smart AgriFood and Smart Manufacturing that will receive up to 250,000 euros in lost funds and possibility of an additional financing of 1.5 million by Kibo Ventures and Accelerace. In the coming days the first call for the new IMPACT Connected Car program will be launched, with a budget of 2.1 million euros, it seeks to boost the value chain of the connected automobile industry, a sector for which a business of 141 billion euros in the coming years. Finally, in early 2018, IMPACT Robotics will arrive, a new program for early startups focused on robotics with links to different European university and technological environments, the first to be launched in this specialty. In total, 12 million euros with a scheme that has positioned IMPACT at the top of the global accelerator ecosystem: selected among the top ten programs in the world and the second in Europe in the last edition of the Global Accelerator Report and GAR Europe, elaborated by the platform of startups and inverters Gust. Its success is based on an absolutely differential model that offers startups inject equity-free funding from European funds. An ambitious acceleration program managed by ISDI is added with a focus on mentoring and training of project leaders, led by key experts in each activity and area of ​​expertise. In addition, the accelerator accompanies them in its development process, which also includes support in the search for additional funding and presence in the most relevant international forums. Since its inception in 2014, IMPACT has already invested 7.8 million euros in startups and hopes in the near future to continue adding pioneering programs in the industries that will transform society.
