Open call for facilitators who want to participate in our stand at 4YFN

CALL FOR FACILITATOR AGENTS (ECOSYSTEM) FOR THE 4YFN STAND AT THE MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS IN BARCELONA 2023

VIT Emprende selects facilitators to be part of the València Activa stand from 27 February 2023 to 2 March 2023 at the 4Y4N fair at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

This call is an initiative that responds to the institutional will that the stand is a space that makes visible the entrepreneurial spirit that Valencia offers, and thus generate a call for companies from all over the world to settle and develop their activity in our city. 4YFN at the Mobile World Congress is one of the most important international events in the start-up sector.

The deadline for submitting applications is from 16/12/2022 until 13/01/2023, at 12 noon, with the following requirements:

Requirements to apply for the call:

• To be an entity that facilitates startups within the ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship in Valencia. Facilitating entities are understood as: accelerators and incubators, startup, investment or sectorial associations.

• Form part of the VIT Emprende network. The representatives of the requested entities can/have to register, free of charge, at the following link.

• Have a tax and/or social address in the city of Valencia.

• Not be represented at the event.

All the information requested must be sent to the following e-mail address: vitemprende@valenciactiva.es until 13 January 2023 at 12 noon. Specifying the following data:

1. Name of the organisation

2. Names and cognates of the possible people who will travel.

3. Position they occupy in the entity

4. CNAE of the organisation

5. E-mail, telephone and full address of the organisation.

6. Proposed participation, including the following information, and attaching the corresponding documents:

   • Number of startups collected during the year 2022.

   • Facilitation and/or aid programmes for start-ups during 2022.

   • List of collaborations with public and/or private entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit, open to members of the city's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

7. Present the requested supporting documents.

8. Letter of commitment, signed by a representative of the organisation, accepting participation in the event in the following terms:

• Subsequently deliver an evaluation report on attendance at the event.

• To provide the necessary resources for the travel, accommodation and maintenance of the people from the organisation who travel to the event.

• Availability to be present at the fair on the days the event takes place during the opening of the venue to the public.

Selection criteria:

For the configuration of the València Activa stand, a distribution will be established between the different agents that is as representative as possible of the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem of the city. The following criteria will be taken into account:

1. Support for the creation, acceleration and/or consolidation of startups during 2022.

2. Commitments acquired with the city of Valencia.

3. The following order of application will be taken into account

Endowment:

• The selected facilitating organisations will have a space in the València Activa stand.
• There will be 2 tickets per stand. Those organisations that do not obtain a place will be left as reserves and will be provided with up to 2 tickets for the event.

This year, 4YFN will be held as part of the GSMA Mobile World Congress, increasing the impact and visibility of the Valencian ecosystem. In the following link you can find all the information about the event.

The selection of companies and professionals to have a stand at the 4YFN of the MWC 2023, will be carried out by the technical staff of the Entrepreneurship Department of the València Activa Foundation.
