Calls for startups and technology-based companies to be open in 2022

On 9 October 2020, the Permanent Representatives to the EU agreed on the Council's position on the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, a new instrument that provides Member States with financial support to increase public investments and reforms in the aftermath of the COVID-19 crisis. In order to receive support from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, Member States have developed national recovery and resilience plans that set out reform and investment programmes until 2026.
