Subsidies for the self-employed and small businesses to pay electricity bills

València City Council has opened a line of subsidies for self-employed people and microenterprises with the aim of alleviating the increase in the cost of economic activities carried out in the municipality of València, caused by the rise in the price of energy that has occurred since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine.

As explained by the councillor for Innovative Development of Economic Sectors and Employment, Borja Sanjuán, "the aid amounts to 1.2 million euros and can reach 6,000 self-employed people and companies with less than 10 workers in the city of Valencia, which will receive an amount ranging between 200 and 500 euros".
