València is the setting for several activities that claim the role of women in organisations. València Activa, the municipal body that manages the areas of employment, training and entrepreneurship, and the Confederación Empresarial de la Comunitat Valenciana (CEV) today celebrated the business breakfast 'Mujer y Líder: cómo pasar a la acción'.
In this conference, in which the deputy mayor of Innovative Development of Economic Sectors Pilar Bernabé and the president of CEV Valencia, Eva Blasco, reflected on access to women to management positions, emphasizing the importance of leadership and talent management as key tools of professional development and presented 'Leaders', a completely free program to boost the promotion of 30 women to management positions.
