VIT Emprende select 10 startups to attend Slush with ICEX and Red.es
VIT Emprende de Valencia Activa organizes with Icex and Red.es a business mission to Helsinki, Finland, within the Plan of promotion for the year 2017.
València Activa, through the VIT Emprende network, has launched a call to invite its members to be part of the mission that the Foundation will send to Slush and will take place from November 28 to December 1, 2017.
Slush Slush is one of the world reference conferences for technology-based startups held annually in Helsinki. The conference focuses on Internet technology. Attendees are founders of successful technology companies, incipient startups, the most important investment groups in this sector, etc. http://www.slush.org/
The main objective of this Mission is to facilitate the opportunity for companies, with a markedly technological and digital focus of Valencia, to visit the congress so that they can establish relationships in topics of talent recruitment, state of competition, commercial expansion, possibilities of internationalization and investment.
Requirements:
- Being members of #CommunityVITe http://vitemprende.es/comunidad/web/app.php/register
- Be a technology-based startup and have developed a solution of their own. Attach documentation accrediting this requirement.
- Indicate which of these requirements you want to find in the Congress:
- Commercial expansion
- Investment
- Competition
- Talent
The selection will take into account:
- The order of receipt of the requests.
- That the company does not have, until the moment, with representative in the event.
Commitment
The Valencian companies selected in this call will have covered accommodation and transfer expenses and will have specific technical assistance for this program*. They must commit to submit a report on their attendance to the event, along with graphic material the week after the congress.
- The participation fee in the Mission to pay Adigital (150 €, taxes not included), which will entitle you to a ticket to the Slush event).
Note: Places limited to ten companies. If the selected company, after making the reservations, decides not to attend, must assume the costs incurred.
The selected persons must justify having paid this participation fee. Registration to the Mission can be done through the following link:

How, where and when to send the request
Applications can be sent to the e-mail address vitemprende@valencia.es until Tuesday, October 17 at 12:00 pm, providing information requested in the previous section Requirements and data of the traveler or traveler:
- Full name and surname (must be available to travel during the days of the event).

-The representative must be willing to fulfill the commitment detailed above.
The organization reserves the right to select the attending companies based on objective criteria such as sectorial suitability, degree of maturity of the business project or representativeness, among others.
The resolution of the selection of the participants will be published on the website of VIT Emprende.
*Accommodation and transfer expenses will be covered up to 500 euros per participating company.
