Ajev opens the registration period for the seventh edition of 'Operation Consolidate'.

The Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Valencia (AJEV) is once again launching the "Operation Consolidate" initiative, a training and mentoring programme aimed at business growth and consolidation. With six editions behind it, AJEV has decided to call again the programme, which they describe as "pioneering in the Valencian Community". "Operation Consolidate is the first programme that manages to bring together in the same initiative leading companies in our region, who collaborate in a totally altruistic way to help young companies to grow and consolidate in the market," explains Paz Navarro García, president of AJEV.

Operation Consolidate is a totally free programme where 20 companies will have the opportunity to receive training and mentoring from renowned entrepreneurs with extensive experience and track record. The initiative opens today the registration period until 20 February and the main requirements for participation are to be a company with a minimum of two years of activity, located in the Valencian Community and that the entrepreneur is no older than 45 years of age. The programme is also open to those who are in charge of a generational handover in family businesses. All those interested can register at www.operacionconsolida.com .
