These are the projects of the Talento Joven winners

Cayetano Belso, after reaching the final of this call in its seventh edition, revalidated his role as a finalist a few weeks ago in the hope of becoming, this time, the winner of Talento Joven in the business category. Two years later, he has succeeded.

He has done so through 'Koroko', a company that was created as part of the Final Degree Project (TFG) of this young man from Crevillent and which is based on eggs. According to its founder, who defines himself as a person with "a great entrepreneurial spirit and a constant desire to learn", he observed, thanks to the traditional process followed by his mother to truffle eggs, that these are highly porous and absorb multiple flavours through their shells.
