Desk, chair, computer and table light. At Ikea, a minimum of office furniture is less than 100 euros. But of course, it's not the same to work alone as to work with other professionals, whether from your sector or not, with whom you can talk, establish synergies, create collaborations and have coffee at the door. Because coworking is also networking. You know this from the many that have opened in recent years in the city of Barcelona, which now totals almost a hundred. València is behind it with a firm commitment to making these spaces the base for technology companies and innovation entities.

The capital of the Turia already has 36 spaces at present, according to figures provided by València Activa. Las Naves, Wayco and GeeksHub are some of the best known. The first one is one of the projects that the Valencian City Council has made the flag of in the last period, since it has recently presented the ambitious campaign Persones, in which the public entity wants to be in the European vanguard with an innovative proposal. In the presentation, its director, Marta Chillarón, explained the importance of the work as an innovation centre: "We have European projects with a budget of 3.1 million euros, local projects, a public accelerator of social innovation projects... But above all, and most importantly, those we do have a direct and indirect impact on people". At this point Las Naves is working on mobility, energy and water, agri-food, health and the healthy city and the creative and cultural industry.
