Solar and green hydrogen-powered solar-powered boat developed to be autonomous and affordable

A team of the company Marine Systems and Robotics SLNE, with the participation of Marinerob, Spin off belonging to the spin program of the Universitat Politènica de València (UPV), has developed a sustainable solar boat powered by green hydrogen and accessible to people with reduced mobility.

It has also created a new prototype of autonomous underwater vehicle with multiple applications in the marine environment, which can range from tracking marine animals to border surveillance or maritime traffic control, has informed UPV.
