Eco, health, agriculture and online tools, new UPV start-ups

StartUPV, the startup incubation and acceleration programme of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), has incorporated eight new projects into its entrepreneurial ecosystem. With this, it has surpassed the 200 startups that have gone through the programme in the ten years of its existence.

The initiatives, formed by UPV students or graduates, are Belong, an online platform for teleworking; Derectio, electricity self-consumption for industry; Desaway, a software development and design facilitator; Flydronair, precision agriculture using drones; Ogenica, online training for industrial professionals; Your Friends Are Boring, a travel operator between strangers; Ekademy, online training for young people and students with gamification and EBHealth3, non-invasive devices for the detection of diseases.
