The CNMV gives the go-ahead to Iker Marcaide's investment management company

The Valencian entrepreneur Iker Marcaide, founder of Flywire and Zubi Group, has just received the go-ahead from the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) for his venture capital management company. This was stated last week by the supervisory body, which clears the way for the launch of investment vehicles focused on impact projects, a path that the businessman has followed in recent years with barrio La Pinada and the group's venture builder.

Zubi Capital Asset Management has Lucas de la Vega and Carmen Pumariño as investment managers and seeks to offer its clients access to investment vehicles focused on alternative assets, which aim to generate additionality through a triple impact, social, environmental and economic positive. In addition, the group also has Zubi Wealth Management, a multi-family office committed to generating a positive social and environmental impact through wealth management.
