Honeymoons in times of pandemic

Valencian entrepreneurs Andrés Morro and Javier Gracia have defied the pandemic with a startup that organises honeymoon trips to exotic destinations around the world. The firm is called Honimunn (a play on the English word for honeymoon) and in its first months of life has already organised 300 trips. The founders' challenge is to enable newlyweds to take the trip of a lifetime at a time when dozens of borders remain closed. The company, which officially launched last April and operates online, expects to close its first year with a turnover of 300,000 euros. The firm has grown very quickly because it has coincided with the closure of physical travel agencies due to the pandemic (many have not reopened because their workers are still on ERTE).
