Singularu, the jewel in the crown of Valencian start-ups

Singularu is one of those stories of entrepreneurship in the 21st century. Because of the origin of its co-founders (two unknowns) and because of how the passage through different incubators and business accelerators (Demium, Conector Spain, Lanzadera) has polished one of the jewels of the Valencian startup ecosystem. This profile is a photograph in motion, just when the project reaches its cruising speed: this year it will go from 21 to 44 shops and expects a turnover of 16 million euros, tripling a 2020 that tipped the scales towards green numbers.

Its founders, Paco Tormo and Cristina Aristoy, tell us: "We had been ready for years to take the leap, breaking the fear of buying jewellery online in Spain and the confinement was decisive. People began to understand digital shopping as part of their leisure, as when they shop physically, and, above all, we had found the shops - at that time, only eight - where market analysis finally came across crucial information: the relationship with our customers".
