VIT Emprende calls 12 entrepreneurial projects for the Valencia Digital Summit

CALL FOR VALENCIAN STARTUPS FOR THE VALENCIA DIGITAL SUMMIT EVENT

The València Activa Foundation will participate in the event "Valencia Digital Summit 2023", which will take place in Valencia on October 26th and 27th, 2023.

Through the VIT Emprende Network, a call is open to select 12 innovative entrepreneurial projects of the Valencian ecosystem and to allow them to have their own exhibition space, which will allow them to publicize their projects, establish relationships and contacts.

Valencia Digital Summit 2023 is an open innovation initiative that connects all the actors of the innovation ecosystem. An event that promotes transformation and aims to contribute to the positioning of the Valencian Community as an international pole in innovative and technological entrepreneurship by promoting and creating new businesses, as well as retaining and attracting technology companies, talent and investment.

Endowment

Each selected startup will have an exhibition space within the 18m2 belonging to Valenciactiva.

Requirements to apply for the call

Be part of the VIT Emprende network. Applicants must be registered and/or register, free of charge, at the following link.

Have fiscal and/or social domicile and/or residence in the municipality of Valencia or prove to have participated in an innovative entrepreneurship and/or technological incubation or acceleration program, public or private, in the city of Valencia.

The companies and/or professionals must be incorporated prior to the submission of the application.

Have their own products active in the market or at a very advanced stage to be able to exhibit them at the stand.

They must send an email and attach all the required information to vitemprende@valenciactiva.es.

The call is open from August 28, 2023, until September 8, 2023, at 00:00 hours.

 

Deadline and form of submission of applications

The application must be sent to the following e-mail address: vitemprende@valenciactiva.es specifying:

  1. Name and CNAE of the entity.
  2. E-mail, telephone and complete address of the entity.
  3. Contact person (name, telephone and e-mail).
  4. Names and surnames of the possible persons who will participate in the stand, and the position they hold in the organization.
  5. Descriptive information about the company 
  6. Submit documents proving the address and date of registration of the activity (census certificate, resolution of registration of autonomom@, etc.).
  7. Letter of commitment, signed by a representative of the entity, accepting participation in the event under the following terms:
    1. Availability to remain at the fair on the days of the event during the opening of the fairgrounds to the public.
    2. To facilitate the necessary resources for the displacement, lodging and maintenance of the people of the entity that will travel to the event.
    3. Subsequent delivery of an evaluation report on attendance at the event.

 

Selection criteria

The selection of companies and professionals to have a stand at Valencia Digital Summit 2023, will be carried out by the technical staff of Entrepreneurship of the València Activa Foundation, according to the criteria listed above.

The rest of the candidacies will remain in reserve, and may be incorporated to the stand in case of any voluntary resignation among the selected companies and professionals, or if they do not meet the technical requirements.

 

Communication of the selection

The resolution of the selection of participants will be published on the website vitemprende.es and we will contact the beneficiary companies/professionals.

They will be informed of the characteristics of the space (m2, access to electricity, etc.), once they are informed that they have been selected.
